Projects in Progress
TAG is pleased to introduce you to our projects that are in the pipeline. They reflect the focus of our work, education, transit and transportation. The most evolving trend in public sector work is the willingness of this sector to explore and even embrace alternative construction delivery methods namely, design/build and construction management. Streamlining the process, cost control, fewer in-house staff required to execute a project are examples of the benefits to the client. Doing more with less.
Our current projects include a new 26 acre, 12 buildings educational training campus for the U. S. Department of Labor Job Corps program. Georgia Regional Transit Authority, another of our repeat clients is working with TAG on a bus maintenance building and regional park/ride facility. Ongoing services through the General Engineering Consultants for Metropolitan Atlanta Regional Transit Authority (MARTA) include a Train/Bus Control Center and consulting on the design/build Atlanta Streetcar project. For the Georgia Department of Transportation, two Welcome Centers on I-95 are moving forward.
The Architecture Group is currently busy working on a variety of projects, including Camden County Welcome Center, Little River. From projects with a environmentally focused, green architecture to inviting welcome centers in the state of Georgia, we leading the way for Atlanta and Georgia institutional architecture.
